Pride of New York is an organization that promotes and supports the sale of products grown and/or produced in New York State. On November 5th Seneca Dining Center celebrated these great New York State products by using them to make delicious dishes.

Field Fresh Days at Seneca, Part One

In October and November Seneca Dining Center hosted Field Fresh Days - three weeks of celebrating local food.

Common Thread Community Farm

First up was a visit to Common Thread Community Farm, which provides Seneca with a large percentage of the vegetables it uses.

Amy and Chris, the owners of Common Thread Community Farm, deliver some great fall veggies to Seneca.
