Choosing to go trayless saves water and energy, and we hope it will also help to cut down on food waste, so it is a positive step for the environment! And as if this weren't reason enough to go trayless on Tuesdays during lunch in February, we'll also be holding a raffle, with a prize of an 80GB Zune!
